About the Event
Buna Blues returns for an evening of coffee, live music and community.
Inspired by Día de los Muertos and its traditions of honoring those who came before us, this gathering reflects on the people, stories, and rituals we continue to carry with us.
At the center of the evening is what has always defined Buna Blues: coffee poured with intention, music carried across the diaspora, and a room designed for strangers to become familiar. And we are thrilled to partner with Team Hennessy to enhance the experience with complimentary Hennessy craft cocktails while supplies last.
The Experience
Doors open for happy hour from 5-7 PM at High Society in Buckhead.
Settle in over a happy hour menu at the dinner tables or gather at the bar social.
At 7:00 PM, we turn toward the music YUBÀ, an Atlanta-based husband-and-wife duo, returns to Buna Blues whose sound brings together modern jazz with Latin rhythms of the diaspora. Their return feels especially fitting for a night centered on memory, ancestry, movement, and the ways culture travels with us.
