How Pre-Orders Work:

• Dispatch Time: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Once processed, you will receive your shipment information in 14 days. Please allow time for standard delivery. If you'd like a speedy arrival, please reach out to contact@ladibugstudios.com for pickup/droppoff options.
• Priority Shipping: All pre-orders are shipped in the order they were received, ensuring prompt delivery.
• Combined Orders: Please note that if your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is in its original condition and you need to exchange it for a different size.
