China is an Atlanta-based photographer whose work explores color theory, monochromatic imagery, creative set direction, and visual composition. Her photography focuses on bringing creative ideas to life through intentional color, styling, lighting, and carefully designed environments. She enjoys creating images that feel visually different, expressive, and thoughtfully planned, while maintaining creative control throughout the process. Her work allows her to experiment with color, concepts, and storytelling to create images that reflect her unique perspective as a photographer. As a Black photographer, she also naturally incorporates Black subjects, stories, and experiences into her work, celebrating individuality while continuing to explore a wide range of creative concepts.

To me, unity means people coming together and being there for one another. It can be families coming together, a mother and child sharing a bond, friends supporting each other, or a community coming together to help one another. Unity is about connection, love, support, and understanding. It means recognizing that even though we may have different backgrounds, experiences, or perspectives, we can still come together and create something stronger as a whole.
